Китайские палочки для едыКак есть китайскими палочками? Этот вопрос является довольно актуальным. Ведь в последнее время многие стали отдавать наибольшее предпочтение китайской пище. А для употребления каждого блюда существуют свои столовые принадлежности. Вот, к примеру, китайская еда употребляется с помощью китайских палочек. Поэтому вторым не менее актуальным вопросом в поисковых сетях  является: как пользоваться китайскими палочками?

Ведь и в самом деле,  разве стали бы вы ковырять, к примеру, бутерброд ложкой? Или же пилить чебурек ножом и вилкой? Конечно же, нет! Каждый знает, что любая пища требует непосредственно соответствующего орудия труда, и пища, с которой мы сталкиваемся в Юго-Восточной Азии, отнюдь не является исключением. Эту пищу необходимо правильно есть китайскими палочками или по-другому chopsticks. И хотя нужно признать, что далеко  не все же  из нас уверенно владеют вилкой и ножом, но научиться кушать китайскими палочками совсем даже и не сложно!

Китайские палочки для еды впервые появились в Китае и только потом они стали популярными в других странах. Так что, не смотря даже на тот факт, что именно в ресторанах  японской кухни принято есть  этими палочками, на самом деле, китайские палочки являются выходцами из Китая. Даже, если вы сами и предпочитаете употреблять пищу из традиционной кухни исключительно своего народа и вовсе не ходите в различные суши-бары, то все равно, нужно знать, как правильно пользоваться китайскими палочками. Потому, что это уже является, как обязательные знания из области этикета. Ведь, если вы когда-нибудь пойдете в японский ресторан сами, или же если вдруг вас пригласят, вряд ли же,  вам захочется выглядеть глупо и неуклюже на общем фоне.

Итак, как держать китайские палочки? Необходимо взять одну из палочек таким образом, чтобы ее толстый конец лежал на основании вашего большого пальца правой (а может и  даже левой – как вам лучше и  удобнее…) руки, а тонкий конец – не ниже фаланги среднего пальца. Далее нужно прижать ее большим пальцем, чтобы палочка стала на свое  место (запомните, при этом примерно 5-7 см палочки должно непосредственно оставаться до пальцев). Теперь можно пристраивать на место и вторую палочку. Она должна быть зажата между указательными и большими пальцами. Затем нужно постучать концами этих палочек на тарелке, чтобы максимально выровнять их длину. А теперь нужно постараться научиться вращать верхней палочкой. Необходимо слегка нажать на верхнюю палочку. Она должна повернуться на указательном пальце до второго сустава, а нижняя палочка должна оставаться при этом, совершено неподвижной! А вот конец верхней палочки должен двигаться непосредственно по направлению к концу нижней. Теперь необходимо усложнить задачу и захватить ими небольшой  кусочек еды и приподнять ее над тарелкой. Не исключено, что первые попытки могут привести к непредусмотренной генеральной уборке. Ведь для достижения желаемого результата необходимо практиковаться и скоро вы сможете произвести  самое неизгладимое впечатление на окружающих.

Совет: сначала можно тренироваться на салате, а затем постепенно уменьшая размер кусочков и через некоторое время,  вы,  несомненно, будете как Чоу Юнг-Фат в начале фильма «Игроки».
