kak-prigotovit_ris_s_yagodnim_siropomОдну чайную чашку риса хорошенько промыть; налить бутылку холодной воды; прибавить половину чайной ложки соли, и все это кипятить до средней мягкости риса, но не переваривать. После чего слить воду с риса. Затем выложить рис в тарелку или миску, добавить в него 2 яйца, полчашки молока, полторы столовых ложки масла, и все это хорошенько перемешать. Потом взять кастрюлю, обмазать внутренние стенки маслом, обсыпать панировкой и выложить в эту кастрюлю приготовленный рис. Поставить кастрюлю на плиту, на небольшой огонь. Спустя полчаса рис готов.

Сироп к рису готовится так:
растереть 100 граммов клюквы или какой-либо другой ягоды, развести ее 1-им стаканом холодной воды,- затем процедить. В процеженную жидкость положить 5 чайных ложек сахарного песка и поставить ее кипятить. Одновременно с этим развести половину столовой ложки картофельной муки 2-мя столовыми ложками холодной воды и медленно вылить эту смесь в кипящую ягодную жидкость, быстро помешивая; после чего сироп должен прокипеть еще 2 раза, и его горячим подают к рису.
