Оладьи на молоке Оладьи – вкусное и полезное лакомство в списке любимых блюд и у сладкоежек и у тех, кто равнодушен к сладостям. Оладьями привыкли называть толстые блинчики округлой формы небольшого размера, которые обжарены в масле. Существует огромное количество рецептов этого весьма и весьма вкусного блюда – можно готовить их с начинкой, можно сделать их очень сдобными, в их основе дрожжевое или бездрожжевое тесто, оно может быть на воде, молоке, сметане, кефире, использовать для приготовления можно любую по желанию муку – пшеничную, овсяную или гречневую.

Помимо пышных сладких оладий, в поваренных книгах хозяюшек часто встречается рецептики картофельных оладий, оладий из овощей и фруктов, даже из манной крупы. Привычный рецепт приготовления оладий подразумевают добавления достаточно внушительного количества подсолнечного масла, но, для тех, кто не любит жирные оладьи, их жарят на почти сухой сковороде, а после смазывают сливочным маслом для усиления вкуса. Финальный выход – блины толщиной до 1-го см., мягкие, как пышки, а подают их с джемом, повидлом, сметаной, сгущенкой, сиропом или растопленным шоколадом.

Самые вкусные, полезные и при этом достаточно простые в приготовлении – это оладьи на молоке без дрожжей, они готовятся очень просто и быстро, а еще они вкусные и полезные.

Для приготовления понадобится:

  • половина литра молока;
  • 2шт. яиц;
  • 3-4 чайные ложки сахара;
  • ванилин;
  • 3 стакана муки
  • половинка чайной ложечки соды (погасить уксусом);
  • подсолнечное масло.

В специальной емкости для взбивания теста смешать яйца с молоком, соль и сахар, добавить гашеную соду, далее взбивать миксером или венчиком. Муку просеивать порционно и вместе с ней высыпать ваниль. Взбивать, пока тесто не дойдет до консистенции сметаны, затем оставить его на 20 минут. Следующий этап – жарка. Вылить толстым слоем подсолнечное масло, по несколько штук выкладывать оладьи, обжаривать с двух сторон.

Дрожжевые оладышки

Тем, у кого есть время, можно приготовить дрожжевые оладьи на молоке.

Для их приготовления потребуются:

  • половина литра молока;
  • одно яйцо;
  • чайная ложка сахара;
  • чайная ложка любых дрожжей;
  • 3 стакана муки;
  • растительное масло.

Способ приготовления прост: развести дрожжи в молоке и высыпать где-то пол стакана муки, подождать пока тесто поднимется, затем добавить яйцо и чайную ложечку растительного масла, засыпать оставшуюся муку порционно и тщательно размешивать, пока тесто не станет густым и без комочков. Оставить тесто на 2 часа, затем жарить оладьи как в бездрожжевом рецепте.

Существует еще масса рецептов приготовления оладий, вот например, можно приготовить оладьи без яиц, а просто на кефире, оно получаются не менее вкусными, но очень питательными и полезными, что и нужно на завтрак.
