Варить необходимо около 10 – 15 минут, по окончании варки спаржу можно сразу подавать к столу, добавив соусы и приправы по вкусу.

Также можно готовить зеленую спаржу и в пароварке. Стебли следует аккуратно разложить в паровой чаше. Процесс варки займет примерно одинаковое время, что и при варке в обычной кастрюле. Лучше засечь время на таймере, чтобы не переварить спаржу, иначе она может стать очень водянистой и сразу потеряет свои вкусовые качества. В этом случае не поможет даже самый изысканный соус.

Отварная хороша и в качестве самостоятельного блюда, но можно приготовить на ее основе различные запеканки, салаты омлеты и даже супы. Стоит лишь дать волю своей фантазии.
