Как приготовить рулетики из баклажановПриготовить рулетики из баклажанов проще простого. Они готовятся очень быстро, просто, выглядят по-настоящему празднично и выходят очень вкусными. Рецепт прост.

Для приготовления понадобятся:

  • три продолговатых баклажана среднего размера;
  • три крупных помидора;
  • оливковое или подсолнечное масло;
  • мясо курицы – 500 граммов;
  • пучок базилика и пучок укропа;
  • одна столовая ложка сливочного масла;
  • приправы по вкусу.

Баклажаны нужно хорошо вымыть теплой водой, высушить и нарезать тонкими полосами. Очень удобно резать картофелечисткой. Если баклажаны имеют толстую жесткую шкурку, ее лучше снять. Нарезанные полоски натереть солью и перцем и дать им постоять десять минут.

Хорошо разогретую сковороду, смазать оливковым маслом и обжарить порциями баклажаны с двух сторон до и положить на салфетку или бумажное полотенце, так уберется все ненужное масло и баклажаны будут не такими жирными.

Пока впитается жир, нужно сделать начинку. Для этого необходимо под проточной водой вымыть мясо, после чего нарезать его тонкими кусочками и обжарить на сковороде на медленном огне, предварительно посолив и поперчив. Полностью не прожариваем, лишь до образования хрустящей корочки.

Следующий шаг – разложить начинку на жареные баклажаны, свернуть их в рулетики и скрепить бамбуковыми зубочистками, что бы не распались.

Полученные рулетики выложить на сковородку, где ранее готовились баклажаны и обжаривать на маленьком огне со всех сторон на протяжении пятнадцати минут. После поставить сковороду в теплое место.

Базилик помыть, разделить листки и нарезать полосками. Помидоры порезать на четыре части, убрать семена и минут десять потушить в сливочном масле. Добавить базилик, укроп и специи. Подавать вмести с рулетами.

Рулетики из баклажанов

Для вегетарианцев рулетики из баклажанов можно нафаршировать по-другому.

Для этого понадобится:

  • чеснок;
  • пучок укропа;
  • куриное яйцо;
  • 3-4 крупных помидора.

Чеснок подавить, смешать с солью и укропом. На обжаренные в яйце ломтики баклажана положить по чайной ложке приготовленной смеси и по кусочку помидора. Рулеты свернуть, перетянуть пищевой пленкой и отправить в холодильник на пару часов.
