Затем нужно оставить на некоторое время для образования сока. Выделившийся сок сливаем в отдельную кастрюльку и ставим на плиту. Доведя до кипения, снимаем пенку. В кипящий сироп добавляем ягоды и провариваем до готовности. Теперь остается только закатать варенье из облепихи в стерилизованные баночки.
