Как варить гречневую кашуЧтобы сварить традиционную русскую кашу вам надо насыпать в кастрюлю 400 граммов гречневой крупы (лучше всего ядрицы), положить щепоть соли, заварить крутым кипятком, хорошенько помешивая крупу; при этом кипятка должно быть выше поверхности крупы на 2 пальца, — и поставить кастрюлю на в меру слабый огонь (если готовите в печи — подальше от пламени); затем кашу вымесить снова (если в печи — то после ее истопки ) и, если она окажется очень крутой, в нее добавляют кипятку, затем накрывают сковородой и ставят на середину печи, где она должна простоять не менее 3,5 — 4-ех часов.

Подают к столу с маслом и, по желанию, со сметаной.
