Как сделать вареники с рисом — рецепты царской России


Вареники с рисом и сыром - рецптПриготовить для вареников тесто так же, как и для малороссийских вареников с капустой. Затем сварить до мягкости 100 граммов риса, выложить его на решето (сито) и, когда стечет вода, смешать его в миске с мелко изрубленным яйцом, с 2-мя столовыми ложками коровьего (сливочного) масла, разложить на заготовленное для вареников тесто, придав им форму пирожков, и кипятить их в воде так же, как малороссийские вареники с капустой. К вареникам подается тертый сыр, масло, сметана или клюквенный сироп — на выбор.
