В наши дни, драники любимы многими людьми, ведь они очень вкусны и при этом достаточно быстро и легко готовятся. Конечно, у каждой хозяйки и у любого повара есть свои секреты приготовления вкусных драников из картофеля, но приготовить это блюдо в классическом его варианте под силу даже неопытному кулинару.

Как приготовить драники из картофеля

Для приготовления картофельных дерунов потребуются следующие продукты:

  • шесть больших картофелин;
  • одна некрупная луковица;
  • столовая ложка сметаны;
  • пара яичных желтков;
  • растительное масло;
  • соль и молотый перец по вкусу.

Возьмите тщательно вымытый картофель, очистите от кожуры, промойте и натрите на самой мелкой терке. Дайте полученной массе постоять пару минут, после чего слейте лишний сок, если его выделилось слишком много. Отжимать натертый картофель не нужно.

Добавьте к картофелю измельченный на мелкой терке лук, сметану и яйца. Не забудьте про соль и перец. Тщательно вымешайте все и оставьте минут на пять.

Разогрейте в сковороде растительное масло и выкладывайте картофельное тесто небольшими порциями, используя для этого столовую ложку. Слегка придавливайте массу, чтобы получались плоские лепешечки. Поджарив драники с одной стороны до золотистого цвета, переверните и доведите до готовности.

После этого накройте сковороду крышкой, выключите огонь и оставьте на три-пять минут.

Драники готовы. Подавать их лучше всего горячими со сметаной.

Рецептов драников существует очень много. Каждый готовит их по-своему. Некоторым нравится, когда картофель натирается на мелкой терке, другие предпочитают измельчать на крупной терке, а кое-кто и вовсе использует мясорубку.

Картофель для дерунов должен содержать много крахмала, поэтому не стоит покупать для приготовления молодую картошку. В крайнем случае можно добавить в тесто пару ложек сухого крахмала. Муку в классическом рецепте не используют.

Можно добавить к тесту немного кефира или молока вместо сметаны. Некоторые используют майонез.

Попробуйте приготовить драники из картофеля с начинкой из грибов, мясного фарша, плавленого или твердого сыра.

Освоив классический способ приготовления, не бойтесь экспериментировать, тогда ваши кулинарные старания обязательно оценят по достоинству.
