Французы, например, варят варенье из картофеля, итальянцы готовят ньокки, немцы предпочитают картофельный салат. Существует огромное количество способов приготовления этого овоща и в России. Картошечка в мундире – самый простой из них. Ну и куда же без идеального гарнира – картофельного пюре. Давайте же разберемся в тонкостях их приготовления.

Как  приготовить молодой картофель в мундире (рецепт):
1. Для начала, нужно выбрать картофелины одинакового размера, для того, чтобы весь картофель сварился одновременно.
2. Тщательно моем клубни и выкладываем в кастрюлю с кипящей подсолённой водой.
3. Картофель должен находиться на огне 15-20 минут. Варим с неплотно закрытой крышкой.
4. Готовый картофель вынимаем из кастрюли и даем ему обсохнуть.
5. В завершение, блюдо можно полить топлёным сливочным или растительным маслом и посыпать зеленью.

Секреты нежнейшего картофельного пюре (рецепт):
1. Перед варкой картофель нужно почистить, но лучше не резать, так он сохранит вкус.
2. Уровень воды в кастрюле не должен превышать трех сантиметров над картофелем.
3. Закладывать картофель нужно в кастрюлю с водой, которая начинает закипать. Если вода будет холодной, то середина может не провариться.
4. После полного закипания нужно убавить огонь и накрыть кастрюлю крышкой. При таких условиях оставляем картофель на плите на 20-25 минут.
5. После приготовления сливаем воду и начинаем пюрировать, постепенно добавляя сливочное масло (на 500гр картофеля 50гр масла).
6. В полученную массу вливаем тонкой струйкой тёплое молоко, сливки или же воду, в которой варился картофель, это сделает вкус более нежным.
7. Чтобы придать легкости и воздушности блюду, его можно взбить венчиком.
8. Сделайте пюре особенным, добавив в него любимые специи, свежую зелень, жареный бекон или лук.
