Гороховая лапша — рецепты царской Росcии


Домашняя лапша - рецептРецепт: замочить с вечера в холодной воде 100 гр. гороха, утром слить воду и залить горох 3-мя стаканами кипятка, посолить, положить 3 сушеных белых гриба и варить до готовности, затем протереть через сито. Поджарить на сковродке протертые на терке 1/4 моркови и 1/4 петрушки, одну мелко нарезанную луковицу.

Приготовить тесто так же, как и для «ушек», только замесить его на яйца, а не на воде, также раскатать его, нарезать мелкими, возможно узкими полосками и опустить вместе с поджаренными кореньями в протертый горох. После чего горох прокипятить раза три.
