Печенье в форме шариковГотовится так: растереть хорошенько 1/2 стакана сметаны, 3/4 стакана сахара и 1/2 чайной ложки соды. Вспыпать муки столько, чтобы получилось тесто, из которого можно делать шарики величиной с грецкий орех. Наделав нужное количество шариков, выложить их на сухой противень с небольшим расстоянием друг от друга и поставить в духовку. Как только они подрумянятся, изменив при этом свою форму, то их вынимают и подают к столу со сливками или молоком.
