яблочный каравайНарезать мелкими ломтиками белый хлеб, намочить его в молоке и обжарить в масле. Очистить от кожуры и сердцевины 5 яблок, нарезать их ломтиками. Потом взять форму, обмазать ее маслом, обсыпать сухарями и укладывать в нее слоями — сначала обжаренный хлеб, а затем нарезанные яблоки. Взбить 3 яйца, добавить к ним 1, 5 чайных чашки молока, перемешать и вылить в форму. Поставить форму в духовку минут на 30-40.

К караваю подается сахарная пудра.
