Как приготовить блины на молокеЧтобы приготовить блины на молоке вам надо: разбить 2 яйца, смешать их с 1/2 чайной чашки молока, добавить щепотку соли, чайную чашку пшеничной муки, все это хорошенько перемешать, так чтобы не было комков; затем развести 2-мя чашками молока. Потом накалить сковороду, смазать ее маслом, наливать на нее приготовленное тесто и печь блинчики, держа их на жару до тех пор, пока они не зарумянятся.

К блинчикам подается яблочный соус, который делается так: разрезать на куски 2 больших яблока, положить их в кастрюлю, залить водой так, чтобы еле-еле их прикрыть и вскипятить до мягксоти. Затем вынуть яблоки, протереть, положить протертое в ту же кастрюлю, добавить 3 чайных ложки сахарного песка и прокипятить еще раза 2, чаще помешивая, дабы соус не пригорел.
