К слову сказать, многие хозяйки любят готовить такой соус, как подливка из курицы с грибами. Очень даже часто такую быструю и легкую подливку из курицы многие хозяюшки готовят к завтраку или на ужин, когда у них на готовку сжато времени. Потому что кусочки куриного мяса с различными овощами в томатном соусе весьма даже прекрасно подойдут к различным макаронам, также, конечно же, к гарниру из крупного риса, гречки и даже к многочисленным блюдам из картофеля. Очень вкусными получаются не только сами  кусочки курицы, но и куриная подливка также является великолепной. Блюдо будет ещё вкуснее и великолепнее, если добавить в него сладкий перец и спелые помидоры.

Итак, для приготовления подливки из курицы вам понадобятся следующие ингредиенты:
— примерно 1или 1,2 кг абсолютно любых куриных частей;
— 300-400 г свежих томатов в собственном соку;
— 3-4 столовые ложки очень жирных сливок;
— примерно 50 г желательно сливочного масла;
— 2 большие луковицы;
— желательно острый красный перец, и также, конечно же, чеснок по вкусу;
— обычная мука для обвалки, также и растительное масло для жарки;
— примерно 1 чайная ложка паприки;
— пищевая соль, молотый черный перец, также перец душистый, желательно гвоздика и лавровый лист.

А теперь рассмотрим технологию приготовления этого вкуснейшего блюда. Для начала необходимо на небольшом количестве сливочного масла потушить очень мелко нарезанный лучок, острый перчик, и также и чеснок. Затем же влить тщательно протертые томаты, после этого осторожно всыпать паприку, и тщательно перемешать. И только после этого уже можно добавить не слишком жирные сливки. После этого чуть-чуть необходимо дать им разойтись.

Затем надо влить примерно стакан-полтора кипяченой воды (при желании можно даже и сухого белого вина). Соус обязательно необходимо хорошо посолить, затем сразу же добавить различного рода любимые специи и таким образом оставить все это томиться на небольшом огне, при этом обязательно под закрытой крышкой. В это время курицу полностью тщательно обвалять в муке. Обжарить с обеих сторон до румяной корочки. Куски птицы аккуратно вплотную необходимо выложить в кипящий соус.

После этого уже можно тушить на небольшом огне под закрытой крышкой примерно 20-25 минут (при этом, необходимо отметить, что куски можно осторожно 2-3 раза перевернуть за этот период времени). Подавать эту чудесную подливку нужно обязательно с  вкуснейшим картофельным пюре, или же отварными макаронами, можно также и рисом, при этом обильно поливая вкуснейшим соусом.
