Тигренок - салатЧтобы приготовить салат «Тигренок», вам потребуется всего лишь 45 минут. На подготовку всех ингредиентов уйдет примерно 25 минут, а само приготовление занимает 15-20 минут.

Обратите внимание на то, что если вы хотите, чтобы у вас получился настоящий тигренок, салат должен быть приготовлен из свежих ингредиентов.

Итак, в расчете на 8 порций, вам потребуется:

  • 350 г грибов (например, шампиньонов);
  • 8-9 яиц;
  • 5 средних маринованных огурцов;
  • 3 окорочка;
  • 3 морковки;
  • 2-3 лавровых листа;
  • 2 маслины;
  • 1 луковичка;
  • растительное, например, рапсовое масло;
  • майонез;
  • укроп или петрушка.

Рецепт весьма прост:

1. Куриные окорочка следует отварить в соленой воде, предварительно добавив лавровые листочки. Затем остудите мясо и нарежьте его кубиками.

2. Лук необходимо мелко нашинковать, а шампиньоны нарезать пластинками. Возьмите одну сырую морковку и натрите ее на средней терке.

3. Измельченный лук следует слабо обжарить на рапсовом масле, добавить к нему грибы. Их следует потушить вместе с луком, предварительно посолив.

4. Займитесь морковью. Тертую морковную массу следует потушить отдельно. После готовности добавить к шампиньонам и хорошенько перемешать.

5. Оставшуюся морковь требуется отварить и натереть на мелкой терке. Отставьте ее в холодильник на время, она понадобится вам для украшения салата.

6. Затем следует отварить яйца. Натрите шесть яиц и три желтка на крупной терке. Возьмите половинку одного белка и вырежьте небольшие овалы. Это будут глаза «Тигренка». Остальное белки следует натереть на мелкой терке и отставить в холодильник. Как и морковка, белки послужат украшением вашего салата.

7. Маринованные огурцы следует порезать небольшими кубиками.

8. Зелень мелко порежьте и смешайте с майонезом. Для удобства выкладывания можно добавить майонез к шампиньонам с морковью, курице, а также огурцам. Каждую из масс перемешать отдельно.

9. Выкладывайте готовые ингредиенты слой за слоем. Прежде всего, следует выложить курицу. Сделать это нужно так, чтобы по форме получилась голова тигренка.

10. Далее выкладывайте огурцы, шампиньоны с морковью и тертые яйца.

11. Теперь приступайте к украшению салата при помощи моркови. Глаза и щеки получатся из белков, а уши и нос из маслин. Для создания уникального «Тигренка» вам не потребуется фото или картинка, руководствуйтесь своей фантазией и у вас получится самый аппетитный «Тигренок».
