Салат с кукурузой и сухарикамиСовременные хозяйки высоко ценят рецепты, не требующие от них проводить на кухне целый день. Одним из таких быстрых рецептов можно назвать рецепт салата с кукурузой и сухариками. Уже из самого названия можно сделать вывод о быстроте приготовления, ведь главные компоненты не требуют предварительной обработки.

В принципе, добавив к сухарикам и сладкой кукурузе еще один-два компонента, можно приготовить самые разнообразные салатики. Все зависит от того, сколько у вас в наличии времени, и какие продукты имеются под рукой.

С перцем и курицей

Попробуйте, например, салат с красным болгарским перцем копченой курочкой, сладкой кукурузой и сухариками. Перец и курицу нужно нарезать мелкими кубиками, добавить зерна кукурузы, зубчик чеснока и сухарики. На банку кукурузы и сто граммов сухариков оптимально взять около двухсот граммов куриного мяса и один средний перчик.

Заправлять салат лучше всего бальзамическим уксусом, смешанным с оливковым маслом. По две-три столовые ложки уксуса и масла вполне достаточно. Впрочем, уксуса можно взять чуть меньше.

С сыром и фасолью

Также вкусен салат из кукурузы, сухариков, красной фасоли и сыра. С ним все еще проще. Нужно лишь нарезать сто пятьдесят граммов сыра, добавить сто граммов сухариков и кукурузу с фасолью. Заправляется блюдо майонезом. Имейте в виду, что этот салатик должен немного постоять  холодильнике перед подачей на стол.

Кроме уже описанных двух салатов можно приготовить немало других, стоит только включить собственную фантазию.
