Новый год, день рождения, юбилей – праздники, которые не могут обойтись без украшений на столе. Очень часто украшающую роль играют салаты. А знаете ли вы, что салаты относятся к той категории блюд, где не так важна точность и последовательность в рецепте, как ваша фантазия и определенная доля творчества? Зачастую салаты готовят по очень простому принципу «что есть в холодильнике, то отправится без промедления в салат» и как всегда результат может превзойти самые смелые ожидания и некоторые из приготовленных так блюд могут стать классикой, которая будет переходить от матери к дочери и так далее. Именно таким классическим замечательным салатом, является салат «Мимоза», здесь вы можете поэкспериментировать вволю, а приготовление его займет у вас всего несколько минут.
Главными составляющими салатика являются рыбные консервы, майонез и яйцо, а дальше можно поэкспериментировать и добавить в него сыр, рис, картофель, морковь, огурчики, сливочное масло или что-то другое на ваш вкус. Очень интересным по вкусу получается салат «Мимоза» с яблоком:
Для того чтобы его приготовить вам понадобятся следующие продукты:
- консервированная горбуша или же другие рыбные консервы – 1 банка;
- яблоки -2 шт.;
- яйцо – 3 шт.;
- картофель -4 шт.;
- морковь -1шт.;
- соль и майонез.
А вот и сам рецепт простого и вкусного салатика:
Все овощи необходимо промыть под проточной водой, отварить и остудить. То же самое проделываем с яйцами (варим и остужаем).
Затем необходимо помыть и очистить от кожуры яблоки. После этого взять терку и крупно натереть их – это будет первый слой нашего салата.
Второй слой – подавленная вилкой горбуша, которую нужно положить на яблоки и очень хорошо промазать майонезом.
Третий слой – картофель, который необходимо натереть и посолить по вкусу.
Сверху на картофель четвертым слоем выкладываем натертую морковь.
Пятый слой – натираем яичный белок, солим и добавляем в него столовую ложку майонеза.
Заключительный слой нашего салата – мелко нарезанный желток.
После чего необходимо украсить наш салат, как вам захочется.
Салат готов. Можно подавать и слушать комплименты в адрес своего кулинарного шедевра.
