Салат гранатовый браслет с огурцомБлюда могут казаться замысловатыми в приготовлении, но на деле готовиться гораздо легче. Наш рецепт очень прост. Салат «Гранатовый браслет» с огурцом покорит ваши сердца очень нежным вкусом. Он имеет очень лёгкую технологию приготовления и включает в себя самые обычные продукты. Не смотря на это, салат поражает своим внешним видом и занимает главенствующее место на любом столе.

Для салата мы берём следующие ингредиенты:

  • свекла среднего размера – 1шт.;
  • морковь – 2 шт.;
  • картофель – 2-3 шт.;
  • филе куриное– 300 г;
  • по-возможности огурец свежий– 1 шт.;
  • ядра орехов грецких – 0,5 ст.;
  • плод граната – 1 шт.;
  • яйца – 3 шт
  • чуть-чуть молотого душистого перчика;
  • соль – по вкусу;
  • майонез.

Морковку и картофель нужно очистить и отварить в слегка подсоленной водичке. Свеклу помыть и в кожуре отварить до мягкости. Все овощи охладить, измельчить на терке, разложить в разные тарелочки. Не забываем также отварить яйца и куриное филе. Когда они остынут, нарезаем маленькими кусочками. Шинкуем огурчик тоненькой соломкой. Измельчаем ядра грецкого ореха. Переходим к самому основному: разрезаем наш гранат и разделяем его на зернышки.

Салат с гранатом

Берем блюдо побольше, ставим в его центр стакан. Вкруг него выкладываем в форме кольца слои, каждый из них перемазываем майонезом и посыпаем измельченными грецкими орехами. Желательно придерживаться следующего порядка: на самое донышко выкладываем картофель, дальше свеклу, куриное филе, морковь, огурец, яйца. Сверху наш салат украшаем зернышками граната, которые придадут пикантный вкус. Даем пропитаться слоям в прохладном месте несколько часов. Перед подачей аккуратно вынимаем стакан, и впечатляем гостей вкусным изысканным блюдом.
