Салат «Черепаха»


Салат ЧерепахаВ  дни праздников нам хочется, чтобы квартира была красиво украшена, мы ищем себе наряды, и, конечно же, в эти дни мы не забываем украсить наш стол. В особые  дни мы с огромным удовольствием ищем новые рецепты, чтобы порадовать своих близких, и одним из таких интересных блюд может стать салат «Черепаха».

Этот салат прекрасно впишется на любой стол. Давайте рассмотрим, из чего он состоит, и какие ингредиенты следует приобрести, чтобы приготовить салат.

Продукты для ЧерепахиЧтобы приготовить салат «Черепаха» с курицей нам, конечно же, понадобится:

  • филейная часть курицы — граммов 200;
  • четыре яйца, сваренных вкрутую;
  • порядка ста граммов сыра;
  • четверть килограмма яблок;
  • луковица;
  • горсть грецких орешков.

Также пригодятся специи и, конечно же, для заправки салата не обойтись без всеми любимого майонеза.

А вот теперь сам рецепт с фото.

Как же приготовить такой необычный салат?

Шаг 1. Для начала следует натереть на мелкой терке приготовленный яичный белок, после чего тоже самое проделать с желтком.

Шаг 2. Берем твердый сыр и так же натираем его на мелкой терке.

Шаг 3. После этого переходим к грецким орехам, которые до этого мы очистили от кожуры, теперь ядра необходимо измельчить. Для этих целей можно использовать ножик или другие столовые приборы.

Шаг 4. Самый «безрадостный», потому что сейчас нам необходимо нарезать мелко лук. После чего массу из лука следует залить кипятком на 2-3 минуты. После того как это время пройдет кипяток сливаем.

Шаг 5. Не стоит забывать об основном ингредиенте нашего праздничного блюда – курице, которую необходимо отварить, остудить и, конечно же, нарезать мелко. Также можно приготовить салат «Черепаха» не с отварной, а с копченой курицей или, например, с рыбой. Впрочем, некоторые готовят салатик и с грибами, смешав их с грецкими орехами.

Шаг 6. Натираем на крупной терке яблоко.

Шаг 7. Завершающий. Для этого шага нам понадобиться круглое ровное блюдо, на которое мы будем поочередно — слоями выкладывать приготовленные ингредиенты:

Слои для Чеоепахи: 1-4

Слой 1. Белки, которые необходимо чуть – чуть посолить и смазать майонезом.

Слой 2. Мелко нарезанное филе аккуратно выкладываем на белки и так же смазываем майонезом.

Слой 3. На филе нужно выложить лук и яблоки и, конечно же, смазать майонезом.

Слои Черепахи: 5-8

Слой 4. Поверх яблок выкладываем тертый сыр и смазываем майонезом и посыпаем желтками. После чего и желтки необходимо смазать.

Слой 5. Посыпаем всю получившуюся горку тертыми грецкими орехами. Можно сделать черепахе ноги из ядер орехов. Из оставшегося тертого сыра можно сделать голову. Также можно сделать глазки, для этого можно использовать грибы, если они есть в вашем холодильнике или же оливки.

Получившаяся «черепашка» обязательно произведет впечатление на всех собравшихся за столом.
