Выход прост, как дважды два! Это ленивые голубцы – рецепт для очень деловых, занятых работой хозяек!

Итак, как приготовить ленивые голубцы? Какие ингредиенты для этого понадобятся? Какой является технология приготовления этого вкуснейшего блюда? Именно об этом будет идти речь в данной статье.

Ленивые голубцы рецепт приготовления
Для приготовления этого блюда необходимо будет взять следующие ингредиенты:
— 400 г свежей капусты;
— 500 г фарша (мясо может быть любое, зависит от предпочтений хозяйки);
— 200 г риса (рис лучше сразу отварить для минимизации времени готовки);
— 150 г лука;
— 300 г сметаны (лучше всего взять сметану примерно с десятью – двадцатью процентами жирности);
— 300 г томатной пасты (или кетчупа);
— немного соли;
— перец;
— сухари панировочные;
— 6 шт свежих яиц;
— масло растительное.

На самом деле ленивые голубцы можно приготовить разными способами. Их готовят и  в пароварке и в мультиварке. Однако, не смотря ни на что, вкус у них всегда остается великолепным!
Но здесь будут рассмотрены два самых распространенных  основных способа приготовления голубцов, которые очень уж любят хозяюшки. Итак, вот они эти чудесные и легкие рецепты.
Ленивые голубцы в кастрюле  готовятся по следующей технологии. Первым делом необходимо потереть капусту на крупной терке и поместить ее в миску, и пока на какой-то промежуток времени отложить ее в сторону, для того, чтобы она отдала весь свой сок.

Теперь надо очень мелко порезать лук, яйца, а также и перец. Если до этого еще рис не был  отварен, то его необходимо срочно поместить в кастрюлю и поставить на огонь варится до полуготового состояния. А пока рис варится, можно заняться смешиванием фарша с заранее приготовленной капустой, после сюда же надо добавить половину измельченного  лука и снова тщательно перемешать.  Затем,  в эту же миску следует отправить,  измельченные яйца и перец и все также хорошенько необходимо перемешать. В это время рис уже отварится, поэтому снимаем кастрюлю с плиты и сливаем жидкость. И после этого рис тоже отправляется в общую миску, с раннее приготовленными  ингредиентами.

Все это также необходимо перемешать. Далее уже надо приступать к формированию голубцов в виде котлеток. Некоторые хозяйки перед тем, как отправить голубцы вариться, обмакивают их в панировочных сухарях и совсем немного обжаривают на растительном масле.  После всех этих действий необходимо взять большую кастрюлю и поместить туда все, получившиеся котлеты, налить в кастрюлю немного воды и отправить ее вариться на плиту.

Этот процесс варки займет примерно 15 -20 минут. При подаче можно данное блюдо украсить сметаной и или же томатной пастой.  Этот рецепт с фото очень легкий в приготовлении и весьма сытный!

Однако, есть еще один  самый распространенный способ приготовления этого замечательного блюда.

Ленивые голубцы рецепт в духовке
Для  этого рецепта используются практически те же  ингредиенты, но здесь еще будет уместным добавление моркови (примерно две штуки), чуть-чуть зелени и некоторые специи по вкусу.
В первую очередь, необходимо порезать капусту на мелкие кусочки и обжарить ее на сковородке на растительном масле в течение пяти минут.

Морковь и лук  надо измельчить. После их необходимо  отправить  на сковородку к капусте обжариваться. Важно  продержать их там еще примерно четыре – пять минут. А  практически перед снятием  их с огня, можно добавить  в сковородку  и болгарский перец, но только по желанию,  в зависимости от вкуса каждой хозяйки. Затем необходимо уже приступать к отварке риса, после рис надо смешать с заранее подготовленным фаршем, всю эту смесь затем необходимо поперчить и посолить по вкусу.

В формочки необходимо выложить  примерно половину капусты, затем  фарша, потом снова вторую половину капусты. После можно приготовить чудесный соус к этому блюду, смешав томатную пасту и немного сметаны.

В самом конце необходимо будет залить этим соусом запеканку, закрыть все это фольгой и поставить в разогретую духовку примерно на сорок – сорок пять минут. Температура духовки должна быть примерно 22 градуса. Есть одна кулинарная хитрость: если последние десять минут запекать это великолепное блюдо без фольги, то голубцы получатся очень вкусными и сочными.  Перед подачей на стол блюдо надо украсить зеленью.
