Это касается и курицы гриль, которая многим полюбилась. Неудивительно, ведь она обладает хрустящей корочкой, пряным ароматом и очень сочная на вкус. Однако, курица гриль, которую мы покупаем в магазине, нередко оказывается плохого качества: она может быть несвежей, содержать различные вредные добавки.

Тем не менее, выход есть: попробуйте приготовить это вкусное блюдо дома.

Итак, нам потребуются:

  1. Целая курица (1-1.5 кг)
  2. Лимон (1 шт.)
  3. Приправа карри (1,5 пакетика по 15 г)
  4. Чеснок (1-2 шт.)

Курицу следует тщательно промыть, обсушить бумажными полотенцами. После этого курицу нужно положить в глубокую емкость, выжать на нее лимон, растереть приправами, сделать надрезы в грудке и положить в них порезанный на дольки чеснок. При желании, можно добавить три столовые ложки растительного масла, но тогда значительно увеличится калорийность блюда.

После того, как курица замаринована, убираем ее в холодильник на 30-40 минут.

Затем разогреваем духовку на 180 градусов, ставим решетку на нижний уровень. Под решеткой обязательно нужно поставить глубокий противень, наполненный водой: так наша курочка не пригорит. Через час курица будет готова. Приятного аппетита!
