супчик "Кнейпа"Суп «Кнейпа» (литовская кухня) готовят следующим образом: нарезают кусочками обыкновенный черный хлеб, высушивают его, толкут в довольно крупный порошок. Затем кипятят 2 стакана молока и в кипящее всыпают 2-3 ложки приготовленного хлебного порошка, дают вскипеть раза 2 или 3,- и суп готов.
