Как приготовить щи из свежей капустыОчистить и поджарить на сливочном масле: 1/2 моркови, 1/2 порея, 1/2 петрушки, 1/4 сельдерея, добавить к ним чайную ложку муки и 1 столовую ложку растительного  масла.Когда коренья будут достаточно мягки, сложить их в кастрюлю, залить 2-мя стаканами горячей воды, добавить немного нашинкованной свежей капусты (количество — по своему усмотрению), соли по вкусу, 3-4 горошины перца, 1 лавровый листок и кипятить все это. Как только капуста начнет увариваться, добавить в нее 2 изрезанных кислых яблока и варить уже до полной готовности. Перед подачей на стол взять 1 столовую ложку сметаны, растереть с 1 сваренным желтком и опустить в суп.
