Как варить грибной суп с кореньямиРецепт приготовления: вскипятить 1,5 бутылки холодной воды, затем опустить в нее 50 граммов белых грибов, 1 столовую ложку перловой крупы, которая перед этим, часа за 2, должна быть вымочена в тепловатой воде. Одновременно с этим мелко изрезать 1/2 небольшой петрушки, 1/2 моркови, 1/4 небольшого сельдерея, 1 небольшую луковицу, положить на сковородку, добавить 1/2 столовой ложки масла, и все это обжаривать до тех пор, пока коренья не зарумянятся. После чего все эти коренья опускают в кипящий суп, который после этого должен кипеть не менее 2-х часов.
