Компот из свежих яблок - рецепт приготовленияКопот из свежих яблок и слив готовиться так: очистить 2 свежих зеленых яблока, разрезать каждое на 4 части, вынуть сердцевину, затем положить в кастрюлю, добавить к ним 2 столовых ложки сахара, 3 гвоздички и цедру с 1/4 лимона, влить 1,5 стакана воды и варить.  Тем временем обварить сливы кипятком, снять с них кожицу; и, когда яблоки начнут увариваться, положить в них сливы и прокипятить все это вместе раза 2. Подавать холодным.
