kak_prigotovit_kompotОн многим знаком с детства, но  немногие знают как его варить — компот из сушеных фруктов. Рецепт приготовления компота:100 граммов смеси из сушеных яблок, чернослива, груш, изюма, кураги — всего понемногу, перемыть в воде, затем положить в кастрюльку, залить 1,5 стаканами воды и кипятить до мягкости. Во время кипячения положить еще 2 чайных ложки сахара; после чего компот следует отсудить и подавать к столу.

Компот из свежих яблок и слив также предельно просто в приготовлении: очистить 2 свежих зеленых яблока, разрезать каждое на 4 части, вынуть сердцевину, затем положить в кастрюлю, прибавить к ним 2 столовых ложки сахара, 3 гвоздички и цедру с 1/4 лимона, влить 1,5 стакана воды и варить. Тем временем обварить сливы кипятком, снять с них кожицу; и, когда яблоки начнут уварвиаться, положить в них сливы и прокипятить все это вместе раза 2. Подавать холодным.
