Пудинг овсяныйОвсяный пудинг готовится так: в один стакан кипятка всыпать 2 столовых ложки овсяных хлопьев, кипятить 15 минут, затем добавить в него: 1 стакан молока, 2 столовых ложки сахара, один сырой яичный желток и немного соли, перемешать и кипятить 10 минут. Кушать, по желанию, можно как горячим, так и холодным.
