Бланманже из кукурузной муки — рецепты царской Росcии


blanmanje_iz_kukuruznoi_mukiПриготовить бланманже из кукурузной муки можно по следующему рецепту:

1) Вскипятить один стакан молока, предварительно добавить к нему:

— молочной цедры с 1/4 лимона,

— 2 столовых ложки сахара,

— столовую ложку тертого шоколоада (по желанию);

2) взять 1 столовую ложку кукурузной муки, развести ее в 1/2 стакана холодного молока и вылить, помешивая, в кипящее молоко;

3) поставить молоко на огонь и дать проикепть раза 3;

4) дать жидкости остыть, подавать холодным.
