Бисквитные пирожныеГотовят их так: взять 6 желтков, 6 чайных ложек сахара, растереть или взбить до однородной массы. Взять 6 белков, взбить, полученную пену соединить с растертыми желтками, подсыпая понемногу 6 чайных ложек картофельной муки. Разлить все это в формочки (можно сделать из простой бумаги), обмазанные внутри маслом, поставить в духовку на 10-12 минут.
