Следующий способ укрепления здоровья — это активный образ жизни.  Занятия спортом  не просто внесут разнообразие в вашу повседневную жизнь, но и укрепят ваш организм. Если же у вас не хватает времени на какие-либо тренировки, утренней зарядки будет достаточно. Нет ничего лучше, чем душ после утомительного дня, однако и здесь вы можете не просто расслабиться. Предлагаем извлекать  из этого пользу. Закаливание сделает вас более привычными к воздействию холода. Наиболее простой путь — это контрастный душ. Однако не спешите включать ледяную воду, наберитесь терпения и понижайте температуру постепенно.

Если же всё это не для вас,  то вот несколько рецептов того, как укрепить иммунитет народными средствами:
1. Плоды шиповника кипятим в воде 3-4 минуты,  затем процеживаем и добавляем сахар или мед по вкусу.
2. Нам  понадобится 1 часть апельсиновых корок, 1 часть черного байхового чая, ½ часть лимонных корок. Заливаем кипятком (на 60гр ингредиентов 1л воды). Добавляем апельсиновый сироп. Настаиваем 5 минут.
3. Возьмём 400гр и 24 лимона. Чеснок натрем  на терке и  смешаем с лимонным соком. Полученную смесь выльем в банку и завяжем горлышко марлей. Принимайте по чайной ложке каждый день, предварительно разведя в стакане кипяченой воды.
В этой статье описаны лишь известные продукты, укрепляющие иммунитет, но это далеко не предел.
Не следует забывать о витаминах, ведь они необходимы для стабильной работы организма. Приятней всего получать витамины из фруктов, однако они не всегда доступны, поэтому вы так же можете рассчитывать на витамины, продающиеся в аптеке.
