Ну а про антицеллюлитный эффект – слагают легенды.

Ноги должны быть вместе, иначе будут задействованы другие части тела, а мы в первую очередь работаем над талией. Вращаем круг по часовой стрелке. Если чувствуете, что нагрузки от одного алюминиевого круга не достаточно, то можно взять второй, но крутить их нужно плавными движениями.
