Как правильно выходить из диетыМы, девушки, знаете ли, любим посидеть на диете. Нам так нравится наша стойкость, наша выдержка  мыслимое дело – отказывать себе в любимых десертах, жареных крылышках под мексиканским соусом или, ох! – просто большой отбивной? Да, мы набираемся решимости  и следуем всем пунктам очередной супер-пупер-диеты, мы радуемся тому, что весы показывают все меньше ненавистных килограммов, а гардероб совершенно четко заявляет о том, что его срочно надо менять.

Но вот приходит день, когда весы показывают нам, что 10 (15, или20, или35) кг уже растаяли под напором нашего твердого характера и, значит,  пора возвращаться к нормальному питанию. И тут нас может поджидать неприятное открытие. Стоит только начать питаться как всегда, подлые килограммы пытаются вернуться обратно! И все строгости, все наши дни, проведенные наедине с пареной морковкой или нашинкованной капустой – фактически летят нашим вернувшимся килограммам под хвост!  Как нам вернуться к нормальной жизни и не вернуть себе вес? На этот вопрос мы и попытаемся найти ответ в этой статье.
Что говорят об этом диетологи? Прежде всего они нам умными словами объяснят, что происходит с организмом за время диеты: по всем признакам, а это и замедленный обмен веществ, и пониженная хоть чуть-чуть температура, и постоянная усталость, наш организм приноравливается к диете, как бы стараясь погрузиться в подобие спячки. Иначе говоря, организм начинает экономить энергию. И как только мы начинаем опять питаться как обычно, организм, все еще находясь в режиме экономии, начинает быстренько все поступающие калории складировать про запас.

Поэтому, когда мы закончили цикл диеты можно поступить следующим образом:  основываясь на расписании диеты, постепенно, небольшими порциями прибавлять элементы обычного вашего питания, тщательно наблюдая при этом за стрелкой весов. Желательно не вводить больше 1-2 обычных продуктов в день. При этом оставить на долгое «потом» жирные, калорийные продукты, а обратить внимание на диетические, дающие витамины.  Очень неплохо было бы, чтобы пополнения рациона происходило на первых порах за счет продуктов, приготовленных на пару.
Затем в рацион постепенно можно вводить и рыбу. И только потом —  в весьма небольших количества – углеводы и жиры. Старайтесь выровнять рацион так, чтобы в неделю не происходило его увеличения больше, чем на 200 калорий.
Во время еды надо тщательно пережевывать пищу, поглощать ее не торопясь, чтобы организм успевал получать информацию о насыщении. И обязательно – надо пить витамины!! Продолжаем придерживаться правила – не есть за 4 часа до сна. Если уж совсем невмоготу – пусть под рукой будут фрукты.
Если в период  диеты мы посещали тренажерный зал или занятия фитнесом – желательно продолжать занятия. Если же  не посещали – то на период выхода  из диеты можно начинать занятия, но не давать сразу себе высокой нагрузки – организм-то ослаблен!
Правильный выход из диеты должен  занять не менее 10 дней в идеале. А дальше питание должно оставаться сбалансированным. И тогда новые, не нужные нам килограммы нас не догонят!
